Access to personal data is restricted to staff who need it to operate your account — support agents, finance staff processing UPI or Paytm transactions, and compliance personnel. No marketing team has access to raw personal records.

Requesting Changes or Erasure

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or request deletion of your account record by contacting our data team via email or live chat. We will confirm receipt and complete valid requests within five working days.
